How does SITMeditation work?

By recognizing  8 levels of self-organization: Empty, Destructive, Avoidant, Apathetic,  Hungry, Flowing, Creative, and Spacious.  Along with three powerful transformational practices: Sensing, Integrating, and Transcending, the SIT meditator learns to quickly identify where on the spectrum they are stuck, apply the three core  meditative techniques, and move through the eight layers.

Sense – Integrate – Transcend are three transformational processes that move the SIT meditator from one layer of Self to the other.
